Use it or loose it!

Strength training should be at the top of your list if you like to improve your health!

⭐️ it improves muscle mass and body composition
⭐️ it reduces blood pressure and helps to manage your blood sugar level
⭐️ it makes you happy and reduces anxiety
⭐️ it improves bone density and joint health
⭐️ it lowers the risk of injury and decreases the risk of falls
⭐️ it helps to manage or lose weight
⭐️ it promotes a better quality of life and makes daily activities easier

This are only some reasons why the WHO recommends regular strength training for all people, regardless of age, ethnicity or physical health status. And bye the way strength training does not only mean weight room and dumbbells but it can also be done effectively at home with bodyweight, resistance bands or ordinary household items like cans, water bottles, flour packs, milk jugs and so on.

10 minutes a day is a good start and can provide significant health benefits!

At Ammann Bodywork you not only get a massage tailored to your needs but also the right exercises to strengthen all the major muscles of your body.
